Graze on Grey opened in November 2011 by two young and talented chefs, Muhammad Ahmat and Neil Perch.
For the last 18 years, Mo and Neil have worked throughout Australia, Europe and international waters,
incorporating a range of produce and techniques into their cooking.
They have gained a wealth of knowledge
and skills working under the likes of John Torode (Smiths of Smithfield, London), Gordon Ramsay (Boxwood Cafe,
London), Tanguy L'Yonney (Hotel West End, Nice), Ian Curly (The Point and The European, Melbourne), Chris
Talimanidis (Chris' Restaurant at Beacon Point, Apollo Bay) and with Silver Sea Cruises.
They now bring
their shared experience and passion for fresh, honest food to their friendly hide- away in the heart of St Kilda.
The boys have created an environment where the food speaks for itself and the relaxed atmosphere allows Melburnians
to pass the day happily grazing...
